1. Subscription and Payments

1.3 No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Ensure you review the subscription details before committing.
1.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings in your payment provider’s platform (e.g., Google Play). Cancelations will apply to the next billing cycle.

2. Account and User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and a secure password, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 Prohibited Use: You may not use the App to engage in illegal activities, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

3. Use of the App
3.1 Service Functionality: The App transforms emails into phone calls for subscribed users. You are responsible for ensuring you have the required permissions to process any email data through the App.
3.2 Software Updates: The App requires firmware version 1.0.0 or higher. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of the firmware.

4. Prohibited Activities
By using the App, you agree that you will not:
1.	Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
2.	Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission from ImagePerfecto LLC.
3.	Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or any associated data.
4.	Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.	Engage in activities that could disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality, including but not limited to launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or deploying malware.
6.	Exploit or misuse the App in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information related to the App, remain the sole property of ImagePerfecto LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the App’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagePerfecto LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

By using the EmailCaller app at any time, you agree that your usage is governed by the most recent version of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy available during your use and even if you cease to use the app.
